Refund Policy

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original ship date. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.  

Please note, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee will be applied in every returned order.

REFUND PROCESS
It takes around 1-2 weeks to receive your returned product and to process the refund. northedgeshop will issue a refund to the original form of payment, and you will be sent an email notification indicating that your refund has been processed. Based on your issuing bank, the credit may reflect in the next billing cycle.


REFUND TERMS AND CONDITIONS
northedgeshop will not be responsible for any costs associated with the return of the products. Hence, we suggest you ship the product with a reputed, traceable, insured, and trustworthy shipping carrier.

Damages to or discrepancies in the product must be reported within 5 days of its delivery. Ensure that you specify the order number, a brief description of the problem, along with a picture of the product.

northedgeshop doesn’t accept responsibility for products delivered to an incorrect address given by the sender. Hence, we strongly recommend you to check your shipping information multiple times and confirm your order only after you are sure that everything is correct.



We offer 1 Years Limited Warranty from date of purchasing provided that:

Proof of purchase
Fair wear and tear
Have not repaired by unauthorized persons
Has not been misused

Defective products will be replaced


This Warranty does not cover:

Faults caused by accidental damage
Failure to use according to manufacturers’ instructions
Defects caused by maintenance or renovation without our authorization
Calibration and care are not covered by warranty


Note:

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable under this Warranty for indirect or consequential loss resulting from faults in this product.
Repair or replacement under this Warranty does not affect the expiry date of the Warranty.
This warranty is limited to purchased customers, and is not permitted to transfer this warranty to other third parties.
This Warranty may not be varied without our authorization.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

A2: We only source merchandise from socially responsible businesses with ethical manufacturing practices.Our branded products are manufactured in the Hong Kong & China.Depending on your location we ship our products from one of two international warehouses, we have a warehouse in China and the Hong Kong.

A2 : If you made the purchase via Credit Card and failed, could you please contact with Stripe Support Team for solution? Or if the issue cannot be solved, please no worry, we accept Paypal payment as well.

Q5 : What if my address is wrong?

A5 : If the recipient's address was wrong, after the failed delivery, the parcel should be returned back to sender. After we receive the parcel, we will contact you for an updated address and arrange re-delivery for your package.
